Has anyone here had any procharger toruble, i turned my car on yesterday and the blower strated to make a knocking noise at first i thought it was a rod knock or something from the motor, but a little closer look it was the blower it knocks and slightly moves a little, anyone know what this is

 

It could be the tensioner. A lot of people have had trouble with the ATI tensioner, some have had them seize up. That is the first thing I would check, pull the belt off, and do a quick inspection of both the tensioner and the charger. Let us know what you find.

also look to make sure that the tensioner idler bracket is not coming in contact with the alternator pulley, i had this problem when i did my install but its nothing that a alittle grinding can't take of...
