Brake rotor and pad info needed What would be a not too expensive rotor and pad replacement for an 87 trans am . Anyone have opinion on power stop |
Re: Brake rotor and pad info needed Stock replacement parts? I've used power stop rotors for 4th gen they seem good. I hear good things about EBC. If its simply a daily driver the parts house parts work pretty good. Just make sure you do a proper brake break in process. Others may disagree but there is only so much you can make the stock single piston brakes do without sinking money in an upgraded system. |

Re: Brake rotor and pad info needed Appreciate the feedback |
Re: Brake rotor and pad info needed I am a fan of Powerstop. Used the complete kit including calipers on the Z an used the Pad and Drilled and slotted Rotors on my truck. Very happy with both, stops great and minimal dust. |
Re: Brake rotor and pad info needed https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/brak...attention.html I am very happy with the results on the front. There are better kits for more money, but for plug and play and cost.... |
