Brake rotor and pad info needed
 
What would be a not too expensive rotor and pad replacement for an 87 trans am . Anyone have opinion on power stop

Stock replacement parts? I've used power stop rotors for 4th gen they seem good. I hear good things about EBC. If its simply a daily driver the parts house parts work pretty good. Just make sure you do a proper brake break in process. Others may disagree but there is only so much you can make the stock single piston brakes do without sinking money in an upgraded system.

I did EBCs my 4th gen very happy all the way around, they work great are quiet and minimal dust with NAPA premium pass, have not done my 3rd gen yer, price was good

I am a fan of Powerstop. Used the complete kit including calipers on the Z an used the Pad and Drilled and slotted Rotors on my truck. Very happy with both, stops great and minimal dust.

I am very happy with the results on the front. There are better kits for more money, but for plug and play and cost....:thumbsup:
