1991 Z28 Fuel pump only 10 PSI

Hello All! I been trying to track the problem I been having the engine has no power, and tries to cut off when i give it gas. After replacing the coil, distributor module, TPI sensor, and fuel filter still have the same annoying issue. I decided to rent a fuel pressure diagnostic tool from Autozone and noticed only having likes 10 psi or less reading! I'm quite sure this has to be my issue all along... I have the TPI 305 engine. Any advice taking on this job I greatly appreciated. What is a good value pump assembly I can use? I seen all kinds on ebay I'm looking for any advice on that. I do all of my mechanic work my self, how dificult is to drop that tank, what things to look for and what should I be replacing in the process?
THX! for the input.

All due respect to the old 80's Delco EP241, but there are MUCH better options out there now. Silent, high volume, and inexpensive. I recommend the AEM 50-1200

I've been using racetronix stuff for years. Very good luck with those so far.
