Having Trouble posting ads in F/S section

I have tried to post ads in the F/S and Parts Wanted sections and it keeps telling me that the pic I am uploading is not in GIF format, but I'm not uploading any pictures??

Any administrators know what this might be??

could be the way your cookies are setup on your browser..

No this is the first time I tried it and it doesn't work. It's odd bc I'm not even selecting any image to upload?? And it does it in the F/S and Parts Wanted.
Any ideas??
