he has now re-registered as soft taco2

I just searched his name and didnt come up with much harassment of other members, name-called or what have you so I have no grounds to ban him.

Can you maybe point me to a thread where he has carried himself too well again?

Edit - Nevermind I guess you are wanting stuff on his second name...but what good does banning people do if they can just rejoin the next day under a different name and thats okay??
