Anyone else agree? I am always constantly trying to find part #'s so I can order off of gmpartsdirect.com and a lot of the so called web pages or cd's that have them are not correct. I think a post or tech article where members can list the correct part #'s for frequently wanted parts would be very helpful.

 

I have a 6" thick parts book for firebird's. It lists every part number available for 82-92 birds. I have a huge thread in the appr/detail board for people asking for part numbers.

It would take forever to type them all on there. I already have some frequently used p/n's at my website. Here is the page...it's lised on the FAQ board near the top about 'frequently used parts and abbreviations'

Let me know what other part numbers you think would be nice to have on the site. As far as Camaro parts, sorry. I don't have one of those books.

 

I appreciate the info. I know it would be impossible to list every single part #, but it would be helpful to have the most common parts. Camaro parts is all I need, lol. Particularly interior parts and maybe somethings like grills and fog lights. I see a lot of people looking for stuff like that cheap and gmpartsdirect is about a good a deal as you can get. I'll give you a run down of everything I am currently looking for, but I warn you it is alot.

92 Z28 grill
92 foglights with brackets, springs, bolts, etc.
console pad
92 rs radiator with automatic tranny
92 parking lights

I could go on and on, lol, but there are too many to list, lol. That is why I think it would be nice to have something on here for everyone to get part #'s from.
