I noticed that the cookie timeout does not appear to be at the default 15 minute setting. However, I don't think it's too much higher, I haven't really paid attention to the specific time. I would probably guess it wasn't a recent change, though. I think it's set at 20 minutes. I mention this because a site that has a higher cookie timeout setting is showing online users over a longer period of time, which will increase the records and online user count. However, in this case, 5 minutes more shouldn't make a big difference. But it will make some difference against a site with the same traffic that has a lower cookie timeout setting.
