Need help
In my user cp it always shows threads or posts I have made or responded to but for the last two weeks it doesnt show anything but real old ones. Every day I have to go searching around threads I have answered. Please help. Am I missing something?
Go into your user cp -> Edit Options and make sure the option of "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" is selected to Yes.
If you have the above selected to no, you won't get any email notifications nor will any of your replies in the threads show up in your user cp panel because when you reply to posts, you will notice the "Email Notification" checkbox under the "Your Reply" will now always be defaulted to off.
vB2 handled subscriptions kinda strange, but they made changes to it in vB3.

You can remove your subscription to specific threads that you once had a subscription to, without having to turn it completely off.
In your user cp, make sure you're viewing far back by clicking the drop down menu for "Show threads from" and select the needed value. Then just click on the Unsubscribe button next to the thread in your user cp. You will then no longer get emails for replies in that thread. However, it will remove it from the user cp subscription section as well.
You probably already noticed that. If so, sorry. However, whenever TGO upgrades to vB3, this option will be improved so that you can subscribe to a thread without email notification, among other nice features.

Can't get explained much better than that. We're waiting for VBB3 just like eveyone else that has been waiting too long.
