whats with the junior senior member thing and what qualifies a person as which one?

The Junior and Senior is merely tied into the total amount of posts made in forums where post count is recorded.

The Admins have the ability to issue custom titles to any account that post count doesn't earn, for instance "TGO Supporter" like mine and many others.
