I remember a while ago, when some one posted something new, I got a update in my CP menu. I don't get these anymore? Any reason why? I usually browse every section of the boards and I don't always rememer where I posted.

 

i checked your account and noticed that you have the option "Use email notification by default" set to NO in your user cp. That means that anytime you reply to a thread, unless you manually each time place a check mark in the box "Email Notification:" in the Options section (under the section where you type your reply), you will not be notified of any replies and the user cp will not display any updates in the thread.

When the option "Use email notification by default" is set to YES in your user cp, the option "Email Notification:" will automatically be selected when you reply to messages, which means you will be notified of any replies via email, and the updates will appear in the user cp.

With this version of vB, you cannot really have one without the other.

 

When I come to think about it, I did check the no email notification box cause I was getting tired of deleting all the messages. Thanks a lot!
