The thread is in the Southeast forum, but I want to see about posting it in one of the more visited forums than just the SouthEast forum or maybe a sticky at the top of a forum.

I receive webmaster emails and last I checked, this morning, I seen no such email. I'll check later when I'm at a different computer.

What forum do you believe it should be in? I don't believe it has been TGO's practice to post such events into the Technical forums. Also, having the post in here will not likely do any good as I doubt people come in here looking for events.

You could submit it into the Calendar. At the moment, that is the best I can think of. If this was an large, yearly, event perhaps it could be given a dedicated forum under the Gathering forum section.
