Hi,
I have a small aftermarket parts website and I am trying to get set up as an advertiser on Third Gen. I sent 2 different emails, both of which came back as undeliverable. I have also left 2 messages on voice mail with no return call.
Can someone help me with this?

The 2 emails that you sent today have been received. The undeliverable error is due to 1 mailbox not being present, but the rest of the mailboxes should have received your message because I recevied your 2 emails. Because advertising is not my department, I cannot really help, other than inform you that your emails had been received and that you should receive some response by the appropriate department.

 

If you haven't received a response, you might want to email advertising@thirdgen.org as that is the new email address that the company is going to use for advertising topics.
