We are aware that email notifications are currently being delayed as a result of the DDoS attack that the network experienced, which caused the email server to become behind in emails. The email notifications are working, but the email server is backed up and is currently playing catch up, which is why email notifications are currently on a delay.

In addition, we are aware of a few email providers (Juno, for example) that are currently rejecting our email by not accepting a connection from our email server. We are currently working on that issue as well.
