Is there a place on this site to post videos? And if so, is there an easy way for a compu-idiot like myself to post one?

You first need to find a place to host your video as it must be online to be accessible to others. I would suggest you use YouTube as your host. Our forum software wasn't exactly designed to upload videos as they are generally large in filesize.

As far as posting it here on ThirdGen.org's forums, once you have done the above, it's a matter of hot-linking. When you upload your video to YouTube and it's publicly accessible and not private, you will be shown the URL to the video which you would simply paste the link to the video inside a post (hot-link).
