That's HTML. Most forums, such as ours, do not allow HTML to be parsed inside posts for security reasons. You can post HTML inside posts, but it won't be parsed. Instead, there are some predefined BBCodes that can be used to replace some HTML to make it more safe.

I've attempted to correct all the posts in the above thread.
