site super slow
as title say site is super slow, with pages hanging for 30-45 seconds before loading
cannot ping thirdgen.org
my tracert makes it 16 hops to washington level13.net were it slows down considerably 50-65ms from there it goues out to la.level13.net and gets even slower 100+ ms range from there it just times out till the tracert is complete
hops 1-15 are all fast at around 7-15ms

There was a significant amount of non-legitimate traffic on the network to cause intermittent service availability and performance issues. We're aware and working to resolve.
