I really liked that feature. It seems that there was an upgrade to the site, I see the search box is in a different place.

Is there anyway you can reinstate the feature of quick links and favorite discussions on the right side bar?

I'm not sure I understand. The right column, for many years, has been for advertisements that help to pay the bills while the site is free to access.

The Quick links is still in the blue Nav Bar as it has been for years.

 

I understand you meant the home page and the "popular/trending" links. That recently has been re-added. It was temporarily not working after a software update.
