I've been a member for years as I have always had a soft spot for Third Gens. Mostly just looking and reading, I have sent some PMs in the past (long ago), but I cannot send any now. I assume it is because I have not posted enough to unlock the PM ability. Does anyone know how many posts I have to make in order to be able to PM or do I just need to keep making posts until I'm able to? Thanks in advance.

All new members, or members with low activity, may be subjected to the Automated Spam Filter as well as not having PM access. We cannot disclose the specifics as then it could be used to get around the system. The system is in place to help protect the community.

Our best suggestion is to use the site for its intended purpose. Doing so will quickly "establish" the account to gain full permissions and access.
