Password help

I had made a note of my password here and it for some reason no longer works. I'm logged in on my desktop and wanted to log in on my laptop and what I "thought" was my password won't work. I was going to do the change password route but I would have to have my old password to make the change.

I'm logged in on my pc but can't seem to get there on my laptop. It keeps saying incorrect password.
