Went to O'reilly's to pick up a few things. Saw this in the lot. I asked one of the workers about it and was told it belonged to one of the driver's and he just got a 1st place trophy at TGF.

 

Saw this at a mall in Connecticut a couple months ago,

Saw this being pulled into the Walmart tire and lube department.

 

Around the corner from my buddies place which isnt far from mine....noticed it last summer....hasnt moved

 

That's one heck of a cherry picker hanging above that car. Hopefully it never falls on it.

 

That would be kinda sad ,the body is so damn clean,THat doesn't look like a car that sat for a year.

Knew Something Looked Odd About This Pic,It's Reversed.

 

I spotted this 91-92 RS this morning while out and about! Even has the sweet aftermarket sunroof!!!

 

Sunroof survivor! Rare find!

 

Spotted yet another one today...this is quite interesting...two tone with 91-92 ground effects, and red IROC louvers on the hood, without grid tail lights....looked in pretty good shape though!

 

It really didn't seem to be in that bad of shape. Not sure why the top half of the car was flat black though.

I saw this in a parking lot the other evening.

 

Spotted this one while on call to open the black Yukon that was next to it, owner was kind enough to open the hood and let me poke around... I had to burst his bubble though when I told him it wasn't a 5.7 car...had to point out the 5.0 sticker under the hood... Solid car, needed some work, but a good driver.

Saw this T/A in Summerville, SC while I was headed in to get some groceries.

 

I Cringe When Ever I See A Third Gen Pulled Over A Curb Like That,Just To Much Of A Chance To Break Or Scrape Something.

 

I know what you mean. I've owned mine since DEC 90 and have only hit a curb once. Been painted recently and no evidence anymore.

 

Why does everyone think every V8 car is a 350?

And why does everyone with a V8 Firebird think it's a Formula?

 

Yeah, that plastic dam underthere is GONE. He wouldn't have parked like that if it was still there. Which brings me to another rule I have: never buy a car that doesn't have the air dam underneath. In addition to being careless, that car didn't get proper cooling as it was driven.

 

??? sunroof ???? Didn't see it. It looks like I see red in places on the roof where the paint is thin.

I just don't get the flat-black crowd. Also the keep-it-in-primer crowd! Even with rat rods. I understand the minimalist thing and keeping cost down, but I'd have to have gloss paint - not a $10k paint job, but JUST a decent gloss paint job! Primer is not intended to be a top coat. It's very absorbent for moisture.

Well, I can tell you I never saw many if any when it was new!

Something like that would make me have a closer look to see if the rest of the car is restorable and then I'd verify paint code and see if I could save the car.



You'd have the only car that color at any all-Camaro show you took it to, guaranteed!

 

I'll wager my car she'll never restore that car. It'll sit there deteriorating until you'll pay more to tow it than it's worth.

 

That's too nice for me to want to drive everyday!

 

Door edge guard. Key hole paint protector. He should just be loving enough to be careful getting into the car without needing those.

 

I'd rather have that yellow car than a Jamaica Yellow one, (yes, I know they are rare) Factory yellow late 80's Vettes were sharp also.

 

Keep these photos coming, guys! Sadly, when I was growing up all gen cars were common on the streets. Now it's rare to see ANY gens (even 4th gens and 5th gen Camaros) on the streets. 5th Gens just don't sell like other gens did because vehicle tastes and needs have changed. Sad time we live in today....
