center console wires what are these?

center console wires what are these?
Im thinking this is for the shifter light bulb but not sure
these two wires I'm very unsure of, I tried these on a bulb before but it blew a fuse ( Ithink it was either accessory or interior light fuse) is this for a cig lighter?

the only wires in that area are the console light switch(I think that's the one in your hand with the plug Black Orange),the shift indicator light and the lighter (Orange)and your window and mirror switches

The set of O/B wires with the connector look like they're for a light bulb within the console.
If you are missing the cigarette lighter the other set wires is probably for it.
