Such great cars being posted. Glad to see the attached photos in addition to the CL links. So many old posts from just a few years ago where we don't get to see what Craigslist was offering. No photos. This will be a great future reference, and these may be the days prices when still affordable.

This thread is confusing. Is it to show low mileage cars for sale or to showcase what TGO members paid for their low mileage car??

 

Well, since it's a thread about the recent sales of thirdgens and to show the cost of said thirdgens, both would be the correct answer. People listing their cars for a price, and the prices members paid are both valuable to know.

Now, if you bought your car 3 years ago, the asking price, and the price paid, mean nothing in this thread as the transaction is years old already.

 

i made this thread years ago so we could look back on it and see what people were asking for there mint low mile third gens years ago on craigslist,ebay etc .. and to see what there asking today ..

 

We are in Alberta Canada, the price quoted is in US dollars as most of the TGO members are neighbors to the south. The guy was asking $17,000 Canadian.

What I found out that is interesting is that when the original owner sold it in 2001, then the second owner sold it in 2012, it has sold for $16,000 Canadian. Maybe that's the number for this car.
