Looking for a 88-92 Camaro convertible, ideally in the midwest. I am in Wisconsin but can travel. I have cash in hand and am willing to pay for a nice car.
Must be convertible
Must have no rust
Must be a non-smoker car
Strongly prefer original paint
Prefer manual trans
Prefer 350 or LS swap
Prefer white with red interior (guys can dream, can't they?)
Tasteful modifications a plus. do not want an all original car as it will get modified anyway.

That blue one is rougher than what I am looking for. No heat/AC, paint, and rust is a big turn-off. Thanks for the offer though.
