hi John I'm sorry I didn't realize I had a comment. I believe one is on is rebuilt and the other is factory or maybe one is nos I'm not sure I have 3 that came with the car when I bought it. I will check and get back to you asap

Duct pieces are automatically included. I just didn't take pictures of them yet. They are not torn or tattered.
