They can be used on a stock 350 or a mild built 350.
But yes you would need a memcal reprogrammed to compensate for fuel flow.
according to this calculator they can support 325hp.
As for a knock sensor you need a new knock sensor and esc module for the swap.
Is "ESC Module" the one Rockauto calls Ignition Control Module (pictured below) What about the ECM Engine Control Module, any changes there? (Prom is inside ECM, correct?) Thank you.
Yes the prom or memcal in the ecm needs to be reprogrammed or replaced.
Here is a esc module listed for 89 vette and 89 f body 350 with iron heads.
not sure if ks are the same you can lookup and compare part numbers.

So to be clear, for me and others.
1 Knock sensor specific to 305 vs 350
2 Prom (or Prom programming) specific to 305 vs 350 (IIRC you can provide this programming).
3 Electronic Control Module (above) specific to 305 vs 350
EDIT 4 Ignition Control Module (below) specific to 305 vs 350 ?? EDIT SAME rockauto shows Delco D1984A for the 89 Camaro 305 and 350
Any idea if the above changes would be ELECTRONICALLY NOTICED a ca SMOG test computer?
THANK YOU!

You are correct on the statement above.
with running the 24#hr injectors additional tuning might be needed.
would have to see datalog for fuel trims. All I can set is a flow rating in the tune .
then fine tune if needed based off datalog with tuner pro rt.
the alternative to these injectors are southbay Delphi’s or Bosch 3s witch should have tuning for the b3s they tend to run alittle on the lean side but don’t necessarily need to be tuned for. Lots of people here is as is but they are loud.
as far as I know there is a visual inspection which can not detect the esc or knock sensor
I bought a set of these Bosh Injectors FS4E AIB 0 280 155 700 Seller claims they are "TLF modded 22lb Bosch 3 fuel injectors". Would these be good to use in a LB9 305 to L98 350 swap, in my 1989 IROC ? I also have a set of NEW, stock LB9 305 injectors. Which is recommended in a built to run "ca clean enough" F body. ? Thanks.
If they have been modified from 19 to 22 they should be fine.
you still might want to tune for them. The b3 uses different voltage offsets compared to the stock injectors. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/diy-...0-voltage.html

Anyway to tell if the claimed 19 to 22 # mode was done?
Thank you "Tuned Performance" and all. I will print this and keep it, hopefully I will do a LB9 to L98 SWAP. If I do, I will contact Tuned Performance regarding a "Tune" as that is WAY beyond my computer knowledge base!

I AM REFERRING TO THE BOSCH INJECTORS I BOUGHT OFF A GUY, NOT TUNED PERFORMANCE'S INJECTORS
