Can someone explain how to use these on internet orders? There is no place for a discount code when placing the order. Thanks

Put the codes at the bottom of the "Cart" screen where it asks where you heard about them.

 

Go Blue, I have done that and it does not appear to change anything. Thanks.

 

I think most of the changes are small and sometimes it's only in the shipping. Sometimes, the discounts don't apply to what you're buying so there wouldn't be a change. I just know, it usually works when I put in a good code in that little window.

 

Ok, Go Blue, I researched their website. to get the discount, you have to place the order, then go to orders and returns and then add the discount code. I was just doing it on the order.

Ok, here's a new one...

I've been shopping at Rock Auto for about 14 years now, and all of a sudden, it's placing delivery restrictions on shipments?! Such restrictions(when placed on the shipments) no longer allow deliveries to be held at drop-off locations, such as a local Walgreens; such restricted shipments can only be delivered to the originally-addressed locations. And according to FedEx, it's Rock Auto that has placed the restriction, not FedEx, so there's nothing FedEx can do about it.

Not only have I made such arrangements several times in the past, but I've also done it with these exact types of parts. There's nothing dangerous or toxic, and the packages aren't heavy, so this makes no sense to me. So I have to call Rock Auto to get them to lift the restriction. And after calling Rock Auto, its recorded message states that it doesn't offer customer service on the phone, only on its website. Hello?

I don't know if anyone else has had this happen to them lately, but as of now, I am no longer a Rock Auto customer.
