[SOLD]1984 Pontiac Trans Am V8 HO All Options White and gold $5500
A 1984 pontiac trans am that has about 63,000 original miles on it and runs very good. It is in very good shape considering how old it is, the interior is almost perfect except for the small amount of wear on the drivers side seat. The seats are dual leather lear seigler seats. It also comes with the V8 305 High Output engine. The car was said by the second owner to have all the options available when it came from the dealership like, electric windows, rear windshield wiper, lock for gas lid, All wheel disc brakes, and the famed aero kit. The car is mostly original with a detailed list below to show what has been replaced. Thanks for viewing, offers may be accepted. Asking Price: $6500
Replaced parts(within a year):
-Edelbrock Carburator(original can be given to new owner)
-front and rear shocks
-Mechanical gas pump
-O2 sensor
-LEDs for front headlights
-LEDs for gauge cluster
-LEDs for side lights
-LEDs for taillights
-Tires replaced
-most of front end suspension(end links, idler arms, ect.)
-Headliner replaced
-Removed rear louver window piece(can be given to new owner)
-side window weather stripping
-Have new replacement keys(pairs)
-Tire alignment done
Known issues:
-Driver side seat has some wear

Note that I will be still working on the car to resolve some of these issues and the price might go up to reflect the added cost(price on ad is current price).

Crazy thing is that its the original paint, which is a single stage, making it easy to have it shine after polishing snd waxing.

Interesting- I didn’t think there was any upside to our factory paint jobs vs the lustre of a modern (expensive) job! Other than original bragging rights, obv.
Re: 1984 Pontiac Trans Am V8 HO All Options White and gold $5500
Yeah, its interesting, the car sat out from the previous owner and we restored it to its former glory, the oxidation on it comes right off in most cases with the car and you don't need to worry about messing up a clear coat

Interesting car.
Question: What is the pad on the side of the trans tunnel/console? Never seen before.

It’s a knee pad. These are common for 82-84 cars but are typically missing or falling apart.

Re: 1984 Pontiac Trans Am V8 HO All Options White and gold $5500
I think the pricing isn'r out of range for the car and its condition.
To get the price you want you'll need to wait to find the buyer who wants this car you're selling - color, options, etc.
You can either sell cheap to the first person who just wants "a" car - or wait to get your price.
It looks like you only posted the ad under a month ago - that's not that long.

Re: 1984 Pontiac Trans Am V8 HO All Options White and gold $5500
Ok, thanks, I might just be stressing over it too much as I wanted to sell it a while ago as I'm trying to do a project over the summer and need the money from it to do it, and its my first time selling a car so the amount of people flaking out on buying it just might be frustrating me. That paired with a car with around the same milage sold within 5 days so I wanted to make sure that I wasn't overpricing it.
