Where do you live in Southern Calif.
I can't find a thread that states where member's live. Since SoCal is so wide spread and very populated. It would be hard for members to get together at any one time.
I would like to start a list of areas of members living areas.
Also this may help if you are out cruising in a strange area and have a problem with your car you can call out for help.

I actually posted something to that effect yesterday on one of the older posts.
The now defunct SC3G group, used to do this meet at Ruby's Diner in Redondo Beach. Eat there, look at each other's cars, head out on the road to drive around the Palos Verdes peninsula, over the Vincent Thomas bridge, through Ocean Blvd. in Long Beach which then turns into 2nd Street in Belmont Shores, right onto P.C.H. to Huntington Beach for a bonfire (which I never did that part).

I'm back in the game. Well, kind of. I just bought a grey 1988 Camaro SC with a 2.8L manual with a t-top, and 5speed manual. No power windows, no power hatch, 15 inch wheels, dash completely cracked, but the body and frame is straight with a clean title. Hoping to do a build soon, but still deciding on my ultimate goal in this car. I drove it from Mission Viejo, all the way to my house in Palmdale, and had no trouble with it! I miss driving a third gen, even if it's not like my old RS!

You guys obviously know how bad the dash gets cracked throughout the years, but even my center vents are damaged! So now, I have to replace the entire dash assembly! 
As for swapping out the engine, I have an LS3 block that came out of a 2011 corvette grand sport. My plans are to bore, stroke to a 416-418. It's going to take me a long time to complete this project, but I'll keep you guys posted.
