TPS adjustment issue
My old tps would go as far as 0.99 when adusting it, but my new AC delco only goes to about 0.60. Is that normal for two different brands?
Old sensor
New sensor. Notice that it's tilted higher and both are set to 0.54. I'm not having any codes and the new sensor is set to the correct adjustments and it goes over 4.0 at WOT.

Re: TPS adjustment issue
Every time you start the car, the ECM really just looks at what the voltage is at closed throttle and uses that as the baseline reference voltage to establish 0% throttle. Doesn't really matter what it is... .5V, .7V, .68V, .49V...
If you're getting a range of ~.6V to over 4V, you're fine.
After that, it's just looking at voltage changes from that baseline reference while you're driving.

Re: TPS adjustment issue
If it is adjusted properly and goes to above 4 v then I would call it good. I assume you are changing it because the old one was bad. There is no reason to need to go as high as you are saying the old one goes.
