WTB Aluminum Rear louvers (will pay well for nice set)
Hello. I have been off the board for about 15 years since I had to sell my baby. I was recently able to get one again.
I'm looking for the wrap-around rear aluminum louvers. I am in NC, but I can pay for shipping.
Please let me know what you have and how much it would take to buy them,
Thank you

Hello,
Check out the Rear Aluminum Window Louvers for Third Gen Camaro/Firebird (1982–1992)
* Good overall condition
* Clean and solid with no major cracks or damage
* Matte black finish still looks great
* Lightweight and durable design
* Gives the car a classic muscle/retro look
* Helps reduce sunlight and heat inside the car
* Ready for installation

Thanks, guys. I didn't send him any money. I also didn't feel good about it, but I didn't notice the pics were AI. What can I say? I'm an analog man in a digital world!
I'm just a guy looking to buy some rear louvers from a legitimate person. Somebody help a brother out!
One more thing: being a new user isn't always a tell for a scammer. I was on here for years, but when I had to sell my Camaro, I didn't log in for more than a decade. Of course, I have no idea what my login credentials were back then, so I just created a new account now that I have a 3rd gen again.

The tell isn't JUST that he's new. Plenty of new people, and all welcome aboard.
The tell is that he's:
new
has nothing to share about a ride of his own
never posts
has the rare part you're looking for
doesn't know enough about the rare part to tell he didn't picture the right part
wants to move transaction off platform ASAP
chose the username "Sales Elite" - had no intention of doing anything but sales
exceptionally poor grammar
Scammers don't spend time to build a credible backstory.
For the photo, the tells that it's AI are:
perfectly clean garage floor
excessive number of seams in the concrete
seams don't line up even approximately
rare unused 50+ year old part doesn't have any dust on it
There is the smudgy shadow/reflection of a car in the concrete, but no car in the driveway (concrete almost looks bruised)
AI has gotten good enough that you almost have to look for things that are TOO good instead of what is wrong.
Nobody is confusing you with a scammer because you have pictures of your car in the PFP, details, and some knowledge of what you're trying to buy. Despite having an even newer account by days alone.
From: Franklin, KY near Beech Bend Raceway, Corvette Plant and Museum.
Car: 1992 Pontiac Firebird

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 2.73

He is a scammer. His email address is associated with activity in Nigeria.
