OK, just as a side project i am going to build a 350 as cheaply as possible. Not persay cheap crappy parts, but inexpensive, used, discarded parts is more like it. I have a 4 bolt, 2 piece block and so far 2 carb intakes to choose from. I would like to go TPI just so I can see what I can do with it and play with programming it, as i don't want to jack with what's in my car currently.
So I am kindly asking for your help in aquiring any old unused parts you may have laying in the back of your garage or if you bought a parts car and have no use for things in it, please feel free to donate it

I'm not really expecting a lot out of this, but anything is better than nothing right?

I am not asking for AFR heads and ild wicked cams and such, just whatever you have that i could use to build this up, mainly as a learning process for myself.

I would prefer to pick up stuff locally, DFW area, but i can front shipping if it's cheap enough as i don't start working till Mid july and won't get my 1st paycheck till the begining of August.

What i can do is for people that donate, i can get some stickers made and put your screennames all over the car as sponsors. lol


UPDATE. I have scored some heads. hopefully they will be here in a week or 2.

O-ring for what? water neck? oil, injectors?

 

Go carbed if you're looking for power cheap and easy. I'll see what I have lying around the shop, but I can't promise anything... I'm sure I have a TBI unit, manifold, maybe heads... I'll look.

 

I got a edelbrock performer RPM intake #7116, but their site says it is for vortec heads, which i don't have, i will be getting some heads, casting#416 which should work on a 350 block.

 

I've got the rods and pistons from a STOCK 400 SBC.
