Now that YOUR tranny is fixed, and mine will be in shortly, we're gonna settle this once and for all. I'd say by the weekend of June 3rd, I should be good to go. I'll even let you pick the track. (8.6...sex life.... Speaking of sex life......how's yours .......still holdin' your own? ) Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Yeah big boy! Talking smack is all U know huh?

I've raced U! (and won--never lost)
I've ridden in your car!
I 've driven your car!

There aint no way on the face of this earth that pile is gonna beat me!

I'm gonna lay down bigger numbers this Sunday at Dyno Day!

When U get your tranny swap down, I'm still gonna lay down quicker times from start to finish.

I'm getting tired of hearing this junk --when U are ready to get serious about it--it's HRP time--2 out of 3-- for $500.00!

Now U still want to talk some smack? Put up or shut up!

OK--maybe 500.00 is too much-- Neither one of us can afford to lose 500.00 on a race.-- anyway, Mrs. ZAP says it IS too much --so let's make it 100.00--keep it real!

You asked for this:
1st of all, it's a tranny SWAP, not a rebuild. Reading is FUNDAMENTAL.
2nd, If you had the ****s to drive the car in the rain, let alone at the track, your freshly Armor-Alled hoses probably WOULD be good for a tenth or 2. You might actually break the 18-sec. barrier (If you could avoid hitting the wall) So keep shining those tires, cause you'll never burn any rubber off of them.
(You really didn't expect to stick your nose in where it didn't belong and get away clean, did you?)

HRP

Why June 3rd?
Actually I was looking at the wrong month. Will be in July. Good thing 'cause I just found out today that the long tail shaft is on BO for the tranny. Since I can only do the swap on the weekends, I figured by July 3rd (or thereabouts)will give me and you plenty of time to have everything ready (Basically in case I run into any unforeseen problems) . I also want to run the car out at least once before then.

No, actually I was referring to pldtx, who was quoted as saying I was doing a tranny rebuild. Once again, READING IS FUNDAMENTAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Embrace the pain.

Get real--u know good and well neither of us has a 1000.00 to lose on a drag race! For that matter, neither one of us has a 1000.00...period! Neither one of us has 500.00 to bet on a race, but 100.00 is being real --KEEP IT REAL, DOG!

I'm gonna lay down bigger numbers than U on Dyno Day!

Yeah maybe she should drive....she handles all my lightweight stuff!

U left out the most important line of the ZZ Top song:

"Tonight, my car ain't right"

U should have that printed on the side of your car--since that seems to be your ongoing theme!

Why I'll win
Yeah, we'ce raced, and I've lost. That car has NEVER made a good pass at ANY track, because the tires have never been hot enough to hook.
By going to an automatic, I'll have a lot more torque. And you know, at the track, torque is king. More torque+getting it to the ground=win.

I blew mine running a series of 8.40's passes at HMP! That about 13.20's at HRP.

Can U say that?

Actually it did not blow--the engine braking went away--turned out to be the front sprag.

Barry,

The day u can beat a 12.87 with YOUR car.......I will kiss your *** in public in front of all the thirdgenners in Houston!

Maybe instead of running for a 100.00, we should run for that......whoever loses has to "kissass" in front of all the TGO members!....how's that?

And that does NOT include U borrowing an engine from Greg for this one race. If U do that, I'm sure that between Jay and Owen, I can come up with some HP equal to anything U can come up with.

Mikey obviously didn't do his homework. Had never been to the track before. Had NO idea of how fast (or SLOW) his car was.

For the record barry will stomp a mud hole in zaps *** when they race with his own little rattle trap engine the only difference is he will get a little help with his carb tunning.
