Moving back to the Houston area

I've been gone for quite a while (5 years now?). Finally decided I was done with school...almost got a Masters

I'm looking forward to any Houston meets I'll finally be able to attend - and possibly refreshing the L98. I bought all the PROM tuning stuff years ago and it's still in the box

On a side but important note - I'm currently job hunting. If you have know of any entry level programming or systems administration jobs let me know. I've got experience but lack the connections as I've been gone for so long.

See ya'll around

Hey Jeremy,

What kind of prom burning experiance do u have? We do have an excellent prom dude (Mike-1BAD91Z) in the area, but his experiance, and preference is limited to V8 TPI's. Some of the guys in the area have expressed an desire to do some prom tunng, but we can't seem to come up with anybody for the job!

As far as the PROM equipment goes - I've got everything to mod my cpu (87 L98), a laptop and the cable, and some chips. When I'm back in the Houston area - I'm more than willing to bring my laptop/equipment to any meets. You do have to have your cpu modded for it though. I've got little if any experience actually tuning - so maybe the more intelligent among us can do some training?

And...some of us like the backwards state

I've done lots of TPI stuff.

Play with both stock and custom code on turbo buicks.

Played with the $58 and $59 and $60 versions of sy/ty code.

Play with Lt1 and Ls1 stuff and tuned a few with other folks equipment.

I might have a connection on that to extend my tuning possibilities shortly.

Just an FYI - through the post on this board, lots of resume-posting, and some family contacts in the Houston area - I've got 3 interviews this coming week. Thanks guys!
