How much would a paint and body shop charge me, JUST to put a nice coat of primer on my car? I have decided that I like the primer color better than regular paint. But I want a dark grayish primer. But either way, do You know how much a Shop would charge? Thanx...

I dunno, but I've thought about having my car primered first & painted later due to a lack of funds, but I think most paint shops wil give you a free estimate if you stop by one.

 

kiztope....you don't realize just how ugly that car was...i sold it to him. i primered it out like it is now. it was a very weatherbeaten goldish-bronze color with brown near the bottom. d'angelo, take the suggestion of getting an estimate....might not cost as much as you think.
