How can I find someone?
there is a car for sale, but the number on it seems to be a disconnected one... Anyone have any idea of how I can get ahold of the person who owns the car? (ie. liscense plate, VIN, or something?)
Anyone know?

You can run the license plate on www.publicdata.com
It costs money to access that site though. I think it's 10 bucks a month, but that could be wrong.
