What are the best street tires out there for this size: 245/50/16?
Should i stick with this setup or goto 255/45/16.......
Give me the best tire's brand name, and the name of the tire, and cost.....
Also include if these tires are on your car or have used them before and seen significant results..
.... or any improvements.....
Currently i have BFGoodrich Comp T/A ZR's 245/50/16.

IF you want teh bet combiination of wet/dry traction and speed rating, the best is teh BFGoodrich G-Force t/A KDW, available from tirerackfor 128 a tire. It is YR rated(186MPH) and has a VERY aggressivve tread pattern, and is available in the stock 245/50R16 size. 255 will not do to much for you, due to the contact patch remaining about the same.
I have heard of the KDW's.... but they are expensive!
Has anybody in here heard of the Kumho's?
The Yokohomas seem to be inexpensive and 89ROC says they provide excellent traction for street use.....
How do the Goodyear GSC's and the Nitto's: NT555 compare to any of these?
The Nittos are priced the same as the BFGoodrich Comp T/A ZR's
