Re: tampa?
Being Thanksgiving is the 26th, how about we schedule something for Sunday the 15th? I think an open parking lot is needed so we don't have parking issues. It doesn't have to be somewhere to eat as usual either. Just a parking lot to chill out and talk is good enough.

Re: tampa?
Chris, I know of only 2 winghouse's. The one off 301/I-4 which has a rediculously small parking lot, and then one off of 19 in (palm harbor?) which also has a small lot. I guess it doesn't matter as we probably won't pull as many cars as we did last time. But that's okay...just need to meet up.

Hi y'all, I'm in Seminole. There is a Winghouse on Ulmerton also, easy to get to from the interstate. I think there is one on US 19 in Pinellas Park also, right near Gandy.

What's up Killer. Let me guess, you painted it to match your pink rims? Look forward to seeing it. I'm hoping to have mine done sometime early next year, before the gathering. So is anyone going tomorrow? Winghouse off Ulmerton at say 5pm? I'm showing regardless if anyone posts or not.

Re: tampa?
I cant make it tomorrow but I will be going to the next one have to finish the hot neon pink paint lmao. I cant believe the color the rims are I took some cleaner to them and that's what they turned out looking like. The rims are all clean now but they still need a coat of paint as well as the door jams and stuff but so far its looking pretty nice :}
took a lot of work so far but I don't have a whole lot into the supplies so its better then what it did look like with the faded red and half of clear.
stay in touch and I will keep a eye on the board here.
I think my next project is to do the 4th gen dash swap I think looks fun!

I'm in Sarasota.... Just moved here a couple weeks ago from Phoenix, AZ. Spent more time on NastyZ28.com as I had an '81 2nd Gen that I sold before I moved here. Also sold my truck.. but will NEVER sell my '91 RS Vert!!
I hope to be spending more time on here, and getting the beast where I want it as funds allow. Would love to meet some local Camaro friends...
Here is "Cameron" as he is right now....

Good to see so many people new and old posting up. Welcome to Florida oyevayboy, i'm sure you'll enjoy the change in weather from dry heat to humid heat. I lived in El Paso, TX before moving to Florida...took a little time to get used to.

Well.... as a kid, I spent time in Dunnellon, outside of Ocala... on the Rainbow River... my heart has always belonged here... and now,, as 40 is quickly encroaching, I decided to make it back "home". My intentions are to grow old here with my 3rd Gen
Now to find a 4th gen interior and a stroker engine.....

You like the Humid heat better then the Dry? I hated Fl. for this reason. I hate the 90% humidity days, etc....

Re: tampa?
I've been in the dry heat! if suckkkkk, think oven heat. atleast here you can walk over to the shade and it feels cooler. and if there's some wind blowing, it cools you even more.
out west its just hot always, since it drys your sweat before it does any good, walking over to the shade only blocks the sun, if the wind is blowing, its like having the heater on in your car. its blowing hot air in your face. I couldn't wait to get back to florida after that ****, and I work outside for a living, so I'm used to the heat but damn that sucked.

Re: tampa?
Its been awhile since my last post on here, school has kept me pretty busy.
Im wondering if any of you guys would be free to help me swap over my suspension + rear end from my old gutted camaro, to my new t/a sometime in dec/jan. Im planning on going to macdill afb since i have access to the lifts, but if anyone has any open space or anything like that maybe we can make a weekend out of it, ill bring some beer lol. Im just looking for some extra hands to help me do this all in one big swap as opposed to little by little. I live in an apt so doing it in my garage is out of the question.
Thanks, either post up here or shoot me a Pm if your interested.'

Sounds like we have a fix-it-day. I normally have mon/wed off but I alternate weekends. One weekend I work 6:30am till at least 2:30(or later if I decide), and then the next weekend I work from 10-11am till 7pm. I can try and switch if needed though, just let us know Chris.

Do you guys have a link to any Bay-area club sites? I just bought an IROC and after I toss in a new transmission and spray some paint, I'd like to meet up with you guys.
