5TH & the 6TH, who's going, and what will you bring to the BBQ.

Ok time it running down so we have to start organizing everything.

If you plan on going to SIR but not the BBQ, just say here.

If you plan on going to SIR AND the BBQ, say here and name off what you are going to bring.

I will be going to both for sure, BUT on Saturday I have to work 6:00m. to 12:00 noon, so we can start the BBQ after that, we stilll haven't found a location, so my first option is purple heart park right by ******* house.

My guess is we will all meet at ******* house like beofre when we go to SIR.

I will be taking the Buns and chips.

I'm going to SIR but not participating, only spectating. Anyone who wants to meet at my house first is welcome to stop by.

As for the BBQ, how about I supply the house? Same as last time. Is 3:00pm okay?

Willie

So far it looks like only 6 people are going tot he BBQ. It also looks like we will have the BBQ at ******* again.

The BBQ stuff everyone is bringing so far is:

Hotdog & some drinks = 89FRMLA350
Buns and chips = 5SIZ
Soda = CraZ-28

If you dont know what to bring "Chris & MRT," you could bring hamburger patties or something not posted.

We need times!!!

For those who want to meet at my house on Friday before going to SIR, let's go for 4:00pm, leaving promptly at 4:15pm.

For those who want to meet at SIR, we'll be there about 4:30pm. We will park as close to the main entrance as possible.

On Saturday, let's go for 3:00pm. If you need my address and directions, please e-mail me. Please include your phone number too (just in case). I will e-mail you mine.

You all should know that I am going!!! Just going to watch at SIR. Got new gears in my car (3.73's), so I am breaking them in. Cant go racing for 200-500 miles. I will bring a cooler full of ice and a box of frozen patties.

Willie, is your grill gas or not? Will Robin be there like last time? My wife just wanted to know. I might be bringing the wife and two kids along, if no one minds. We are all one big family, right? LOL Thomas

Only if you put the supercharger back on!! LOL

I was asking about the grill because someone might want to bring fuel for it. We will be cooking a good chunk of meat. Do you want frozen meat or some freshly killed cow instead?

Your choice Tom. Bring whatcha got.

Don't be laughing too hard about the supercharger. My latest talks with ATI last week.... the goal is to have my new twin intercooler and blower back and installed Friday....zoom, zoom, Bubba. Can you handle that kind of power, dude?

Zoom, zoom, zoom! I dont really want to race your car! I would not want to be the one who blew it up. It's your baby. Hopefully mine will be as fast as yours one day.

Guess I will bring some patties, then. I know I dont like making burgers with my hands. Tom

I'll bring Safeway potato salad if there's still a seat free. I bailed on the Vegas trip for sanity reasons.

And include me in on SIR. I need to race.

I still need 16" wheels BTW. Or some loaner slicks or something. I spun through two gears on Kolb last week racing a Mustang powered Ford pickup.... my tires are really bad.

So when I lose, that's the excuse I'm giving. I've lost 2 tenths on my 60 foot and about 4 tenths in the 1/4 due to tires.

I'm curious to try my new cat delete pipes with the open cutout tho. Totally open headers.

All right, Chris, are you guys bringing patties too? I am going to bring some. I was going to buy the frozen ones that come 12 to a pack for like $5.00. If you two want to bring some, just get one box or bag each and we will have 3 boxes. I will also bring 2 bags of buns so you guys might want to pick some up, too. Thomas

Okay guys, let's do this. To avoid any confusion as to who's bringing what, please e-mail me with what you're bring. I will look over the list and suggest any modifications that are needed via e-mail. This way, we don't end up with 500 patties and 5 buns!!! BTW, someone can offer to bring hot dogs and/or Safeway potato salad!!

Well, I'd sell mine if you could find me some weld drag lites big/skinny combo rims. Looking to convert from 16's to Weld/centerline 15X8, 15X4s. 16's just don't hook anymore with the tires I can afford to buy.

A PM is just like an email, it's private. At least I followed instructions halfway.

I need 2 16" wheels and 3 Iroc centercaps, Chris. Come on, you know you have them in inventory.... (I will get these drag tires some rims some day.)

Eric........I can put you in touch with someone who does have that stuff. I have this thirdgen buddy that is a total PACKRAT when it comes to thirdgen parts. He literarly has like 5 complete late 80's Z28's rotting in his yard............and piles upon piles of thirdgen parts everywhere. I'll ask him, maybe he'll bring his car out to the BBQ to say HI.
