I want in... I can't make it the second but i definately want in the club, I have several other friends with 3rd gens that will prob want in also once I tell them about this....Anyone going to firebird this friday in phx? I go every week and it would be fun to cruise out their and stuff with some other 3rdgens

 

I was thinking that if we get several people from the phoenix area to join the club maybe some off the tucson members could go up to phoenix some time for a gathering and maybe race at firebrid international i just think that will make it easyer on all those people that join the club and live in the phoenix area

 

I think thats a very a good idea, with me being only 17 and in school still i cant afford to drive to tuscon very often, even though I would like to..So anyone goin to firebird this week?

 

well i don't think that any body from tucson is going to firebrid this week you shouyld make a thrad about all the atgo memebers going down to firebrid so that way we can get more people to go. this thread has to many reaplys and takes a long time to load so i would just be a good idea to do that.

 

the gatherings in phoenix sounds cool,especially since i dont wanna drive all the way to tucson,lol.

 

yeah noboyd likes having to drive any where since all our cars burn so much gas but maybe we could meet in casa grand but then agian what the hell is in CG?

 

Thats what cruising is all about, we can go to Phoenix and have races there, or we can go to Tucson and have races here, welp, right now its set at SIR, so the next race gathering could be at firebird.

Hay I don't know about any one else but last time I went to Phoenix I got almost 27 MPG cruzing at 85 MPH and 2600 RPM.
I was shocked, I do about 18 to 20 MPG around town but on the highway its great.

 

get about 22 mpg around town wich scares the crap out of me lol.

 

the 406 gets 20-22 mpg *highway* its my daily driver to and from work *i live at 115th and thomas.. work at 16th st and buckeye* but now i got the bike it gets 45-50 mpg and the car hasnt moved in a month

 

If I am home on the 2nd, I will be there. Once at SIR, though, where are people going to "meet?" Never been to SIR, either.

We'll just meet in the pits.......you drive into SIR and pass through this gate where a wannabe NHRA looking official dude gives you a dirty looks and asks to see your wristband, then just drive around in the pits till you see a bunch of thirdgens. Their is hardly ever ANY other thirdgens running at SIR besides us so it would be pretty hard to miss.

 

Well, we usually meet right inside the gate, passed that "Dude". I know Willie, 5SIZ and I will stage there for sure. Cant wait to meet everyone. Thomas

hey i was just wondering why the last several members in the profile section including myself didnt have pictures? is there just not enough space on the site or what? its not that big a deal i was just kinda bummed to go there and see my name with no pic....if my pic didnt show up last time i posted ill post it again..

 

there is more than enough room left, i just haven't gotten the time to add the pics, you dont know how long it takes to resize and crimp pics to fit lol. you'rs will be on there by later tonight.

awesome.. i was riding down chandler with my buddy tonight with no exhaust just cut off pipe before the cat. we left it at his uncles work and we are buying a pipe to put in the place of the cat. it is sooooooooo loud right now. sounds like a pro street car
