Well, to start off, checking exactly what you wrote might get you further. Proper English will go a long way.....
First thing that you'll want to check is that you have enough coolant in the system. make sure your not running just water or something foolish like that. Next, check to make sure you have a thermostat on the motor and check to make sure that it isn't frozen shut. Next I would test the fan. Get yourself a repair manual and look for how to test it. Also, does the fan come on when you turn on the A/C? Is the fan plugged in? Is the fan relay switch plugged in?
Other than those suggestions there, I would also check with the cooling board. This will give you a base to start off with and once you have that info, we can help you more. Good luck.

replace the t-stat and gasket, its like 20 bucks...takes 30 minutes.use a little rtv on both sides of the gasket. dont use a bunch.dont put the t-stat in upside down either.if the fans arent working.thats most likely why its overheating 99% sure...oh.you could have a something blocking the radiator...make sure their isnt a plastic bag or something on it...after u replace the t-stat.fill w/ coolant, start the car and let it run till all the air gets out."you can tell when the airs gone because the t-stat will open, and the upper hose will get hot and youll see the coolant level drop".also replaced the radiator cap.
