WTB RS Camaro

Hey guys, im new to this forum and i have now been turned into the people i make fun of, 1 post count and thats asking for a car lol. Right now i have a del sol that im pretty happy with, but i want another camaro, i had a 78 til my dad junked it without telling me. On the flip side he gave me the cash from it and i bought my del, i miss the rwd fun, i miss working on a V8, its so simple, and fun, now i have to tear apart my front end to change my damn air filter. How dumb...any how, are there any Rs's out there in fairly good condition? I dont want perfection, i just need it to run and pass emissions, i work on my stuff at EVIT anyway, i just need it to get there and back. Paint i could care less, ill end up re-doing it any way

ANY help would be appreciated

What area do you live in? There's usually lots of ThirdGens available in most places...

EVIT? You in the east valley?
I take it your in Maricopa county somewhere?

Mesa-Tempe area?

I haven't seen alot of the RS Camaros recently,
but, I seem to run into IROC's just about everywhere.

Your best best is a local Auto Trader magazine, they
are probably littered with RS Camaros.

You could also try the small-time used car dealerships
on Country club drive.. I see Vette's and Firebirds all
the time, maybe a Camaro lurks!?

Re: WTB RS Camaro

maybe you should get full coverage on the del slow, find a mile stretch of road so you can get going real fast and smash it into a curb, then take the money and buy a nice thirdgen

haha funny, sorta lol i despise the honda design but i still love my sol, for its size its fast...go vtec.... lol anyway, i started nosing around for an rs, cuz i dont want iroc on my insurance. I called and asked and its like a 90$ difference for me, so ill skip out on that, and yeah im in the east valley, in Queen Creek ...po-dunk hell, but like i said ill just hacve to find one thats in decent shape that can pass emissions so i can have a ball with it at evit. Free shop time and tools plus a college credit to fix my stuff, wheres the loss? Now the only hard part for me is finding another 5 speed, everyone ive seen is automatic O.o aka a total loss of power and fun.
