Did you check for spark? Fuel pressure? Any codes? Could be one of many things. Time to do some basic checks and use a process of elimination.

What's a good way to check fuel pressure?
I got it running. I noticed that at one time it had an alarm on it. I couldn't find the alarm box, but I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes, plugged it back in, and it started up. I don't know if it really was an alarm issue, or if the ECM is shot.
