Hey everyone! I am in east mesa in Az and im guessing this would be a better place to make a post to introduce myself. I asked a question in the electrical forum but didnt get exactly a warm welcome but hey heres hoping this helps. So I recently bought a 84 z28. Red exterior, black interior, 5 speed, t tops, had a tpi 305 from an 87 that was froze up. The car was last registered in 2008 and sat shortly there after. I have been tearing it down and have taken tons of pics. Where would be the best thread to post my build progress? Also, to upload pictures should I just insert the embedded file from photobucket or another photo hosting website? I hope to help and learn alot while I embark on this rebuild. A hint at the plans.......gun metal gray finish, 383 stroker, t56 or other more capable trans, suspension ....swaybars shocks etc. Thanks for the help everyone.

Thanks for the welcome. I just uploaded all my photos to my laptop and am getting ready to start a thread. I am also wondering if anyone local wants the old 305 and tpi setup. ecm harness all of it. I need it out of my garage. Not sure of a solid asking price but was thinkin maybe 250 or so not sure. Any honest input would be appreciated.

 

Hey thanks for saying Hi. I posted up tons of pictures on the body forum and no one has said word one to me. There is a firebird build that has gotten tons of welcomes and cant wait to see it. Odd. So im going to head over to a couple other forums to see what I can get as far as communication. Thanks again. Maybe we will cross paths with eachother around the valley one day

hey fellas im in the AZ too. over here in glendale just wanted to say whats up and hope the build is going good i am also buiilding a firebird. and yeah sometimes i post things and nothing happens its kinda wierd here..lol
