Weekly Update (and more)
Well, this saturday I pulled off the entire front end and test fitted the PA K-member. Everything fits fine, except the driver's side mount flange. We (or should I say my Father) trimmed the corner to fit. And as Jerry said, you'll need shorter bolts. We held it up in place using the shortest one of the three sets (furthest one back). It is the right lenght for all of them! Removing the struts was a ... uhm ... interesting experience. One word of recommendation, support the lower a-arm. In the rush to remove the struts, I forgot about this.
No the springs didn't fly out, we still needed to compress them more.
I noticed that my upper strut bearing is going, feels like sand is in it. Here is an idea, which might just expand to commerce.
I am going to fab up the upper strut supports. I will have the upper bearing retainer in a quick change design and the entire support will be a much simpler design than the OEM. Currently I know of one place that makes replacements, so there could be a market for this.
As soon as I finish the brake on the "other car"
I will design something up and submit the "concept" pictures for approval.
As well as start (hopefully) on the jig for this and other suspension parts.

The um...Camber bracket? or what ever it's peices or peice is called. I seen some one that made 1 a week ago, he had bent his all up from wheel stands, even bent the headers. I donno how the coil overs turned out.

Yup, I saw those. Kinda where I got the idea, but I am not going to make it out of aluminum.
