What kind of gaskets are you using for the runners? I got some stock Fel-pro gaskets, I measured them and they are almost perfect, I'm actually going to have to trim some material from the gasket. Is that normal?

Gaskets
Try and get the Accel set or Mr. Gasket. They're 1.750 Then match the runners to them. (or just a little less, like 1.670)

the accel replacement gaskets are $30 from summit. However the Mr. gasket labeled set (p/n 146, summit p/n MRG-146) is cheaper at $17. Both are stated to be 1.75 dia holes.
