Tune up tips
I want to tune up my 5.7 befor the next cruis the car it stock i have the timing at 10 btc the car hood says to put it at 6 btc
and a ford friend of mine says it should be at 14 what do you guys think it should be?
i'm using NGK spark plugs , MSD 6AL, MSD coil, and a K&N filter
also the spark plug gap what do you guys recomend?

Why take advice from a "ford" friend when you've got a gm car? It's fine where it's at if it runs well. I've heard you should raise the gap to .045 with that aftermarket ignition, stock gap should be .035.
