leo037 showed me an easier way to identify the block in my car. the engine suffix code shows v0328cdj which can be a

1972 CDJ 350 base, tur 400, NB2 K 200 - Vette/SS
1982 CDJ 267 Roch E2ME carb. J - 2 B G/Bel Air/Kingswd/Monte
1985 CDJ 305 Roch E4ME carb. H LG4 150 4 B F G/Impala

well i happen to think that it is probably the 85 305. cant see the back of the block yet but taking it out soon. so damn, im not gunna build up a gutless wonder and even if it is a 72 350, chances are its not going to be good or rebuilt a couple of times already. so does anyone wanna part with a good bare block 350 the i can rebuild. preferably standard bore. and **perhaps** cheap. i know thats a lot to ask.

and now i need to change my sig. ahhhh...might as well leave it: its soon to be a 350. i thought from the begining that a 350 couldnt feel so gutless.

irocster, that explains why i could punch it and you were not even trying and still passed me going to school

Nope, not getting the ZZ4, but I'll still waste you.

I'm sure if anyone had a good, solid, 350 block "laying around" they wouldn't want to give it up. They would be a complete idiot if they did.
