I would like drag race my iroc in so cal is there any good places
also I am looking for stockcar info from Irwindale I run a 2000 monty late model

 

Check out the sticky thread titled "Calendar of Upcoming Events" for info regarding local drag strips in So. Cal., I know a lot of SC3G members frequent Fontana & Carlsbad.

 

What info do you need? We race at Irwindale speedway in the Super Late Model class in a 2003 Dodgerolet(dodge body, chevy motor) some pics of the car:

Unfortunatly we just had the last open Comp. race, the car was running the best it ever has(new chassis with 8 races on it)we should of finished in the top 5 in the first race(twin 100's) and probably top 3 in the last 100 but some a-hole(that #38) decided to turn right on us halfway down the front strech and this is the results after getting slamed into the wall(we're the blue and silver #7):

No frame damage but every panel of the new bitchin paint job is ruined, front suspension is shot, brand new loaned front shocks bent, rear-end knocked out(havent cracked it open so we dont know the extent of an internal damage), one folded rim(went from a 6 inch offset to a 4 inch offset, but it still spins true!) and to top it all off the A-hole got to go out and continue to race when he should of been taken off the track and parked too!
