Hiflow CATS?
I was thinking about adding hiflow Cats to my 89 GTA. I already have the 3'' flowmaster exhaust but its from the CATS back. Would replacing the stock Cat's make a bid difference? If so, what kind of difference?
Thanks in advance for your advise

All cats are hi-flow today, they have what is called a monolythic core. The only way it would benefit you is if you change the manifolds to headers and a larger y-pipe.
Edit:
Forgot to mention...you really need to get rid if that y where the pipes join after the cats (really bad for performanve).
