Jerrywho???

C’mon guys…here we are days after Fontana and not even a whisper about what unequivocally was the best race of the day? Now every time James and I tried to pull the tuning card we were shot down and called on the carpet. So by that rational I guess Jerry who is undeniably a surgeon with a laptop just plain didn’t have enough upstairs to get around Vince. Even with the fiberglass, weight reduction, HSR, tubular K member, and enough converter to pull a house off of its foundation? I’m sorry but you guys need to give credit where credit is due.

Nicely done Vince, it’s like I’ve always tried to tell these boys… when it comes down to a heads up race always bet on black!

If I knew it was that easy I would have done it a long time ago…

Why are you getting your panties in a bunch so soon, he hasn't had time to work out the issues of a new combo. Just relax take a seat and be patient it will arrive soon enough, and will be made public, not kept a secret.
Uh, Allen is almost ready to take on Vincent.

Now where is that wrench I had working on mine, oh never mind

Yep it was the best race of the night. Let's recap the run, Vincent was out with a big holeshot, his .06 to my .17 but I know with my killer 60ft time I will be in front after 60ft and I was, with a great 2.23 60ft to his 2.41 and then his super Maf power got me with his 13.60 to my quicker 13.57 for the win by .08 Vincent is king of the track for this time.

Maybe it was one of those drag races like the commericals for trucks on television where they race towing a load

By this time the track had really gone bad and it was hard to hook up as you can see by the posted times.

Poor Don was trying to get into the 12's and I believe he would have done it but the track ***'s were not with him this time around. I sure would like to know what happened. Maybe all the ricers breaking down at the starting line and it was not cleaned up good enough. I know they spent a lot of time on the far lane and most likely never got it right. I should have stayed out of that lane for my last run.

That was a fun and crazy race. I spun off the line and Jerry bogged off the line. After that it became a driver's race. My topend prevaled just about a car lenth.

Hey, I finally got to meet a couple of guys from thirdgen.org on Saturday, Jerry and Vincent. Actually got to talk to Jerry for a while waiting in line for tech and again briefly in line to stage one time. Great fun to see a couple of flyin' Thirdgens out there.

Pretty impressive listening to Jerry tell about the work he's done to his car.....pretty modest dude about it all too, very unlike those import guys who think they're the shizzle 'cause they've got a 15 second Civic.

And that little Honda that puked it's guts out at the tree.....strange thing is I had my best run of the night in that lane with maybe only a dozen cars running before me after clean up.
